AGIP Novecento 15W-50
Multigrade oil for the engines of 1970-1990 classic cars
SAE 15W-50
Agip is the historic Italian oil brand of Eni, today used for the Agip Novecento range of lubricants for classic and sport cars built between 1900 and 1990.
Agip is a historic brand of Eni, the Italian energy group headquartered in Rome. Eni now sells its lubricants mainly under its own name, and the Agip name is kept for one line, Agip Novecento. Eni's lubricants site presents it as a line dedicated to classic cars, with engine oils, transmission oils, a brake fluid, a petrol additive and a protective lubricant.
Eni describes Novecento as developed for classic and sport cars built between 1900 and 1990. The engine oils are matched to the age of the engine: SAE 40 and 50 for vehicles of 1900 to 1950, 20W-50 for 1950 to 1970 and 15W-50 for 1970 to 1990. Two Racing grades, 10W-40 and 10W-60, are meant for classic cars used in road and track events.
The names the manufacturer groups its lubricants under. They are the quickest way from a requirement to a product: each range opens its products in our catalogue.
