What to include in your enquiry
The more we know about the machine, the more exact the recommendation and the faster the quote. If you only have some of the information below, send what you have. We will sort out the rest.

The OEM specification
The one the equipment manufacturer requires: it is in the operating manual, and it decides the choice more than the viscosity grade does.

The product you run today
If there is one, we can propose a direct equivalent, often on a better lead time or at lower cost.
- 03
The machine and the component
Engine, hydraulic system, gearbox, compressor, plus the operating conditions if they are unusual.

Quantity and packaging
The estimated quantity and the form you want it in: can, drum, IBC or tanker.

Compliance requirements
Where they apply: NSF H1 for food zones, biodegradable for protected areas, fire-resistant.

The delivery date
The date by which you need the product on site. The delivery location has its own fields in the form above.
