Mobil Coolant Extra Ready Mixed -24°C is a ready-to-use engine coolant, factory pre-mixed with 36% Mobil Antifreeze Extra concentrate and 64% water, formulated with Glysantin G48 from BASF. It is poured directly into the vehicle cooling system without further dilution and protects car, truck and bus engines of both ferrous and aluminium construction down to -24°C. Free of nitrites, amines and phosphates, the coolant contains a blend of corrosion inhibitors that protect radiators, cylinder blocks/heads and water pumps for up to three years. It should not be mixed with silicate-free OAT coolants, since blending different inhibitor packages can reduce corrosion protection. Glysantin G48 by BASF carries approvals from Audi, Seat, Skoda and VW (TL 774-C, vehicles up to 1996), Porsche (up to 1995), Rolls-Royce (from 1998), BMW N 600 69.0, MAN 324 NF, Mercedes-Benz 325.0, MTU MTL 5048, Opel/Vauxhall (up to 2000) B 040 0240 and Saab 690 1599.

Applications

• Mobil Coolant Extra Ready Mixed -24°C contains Glysantin from BASF. Glysantin® G48® by BASF is approved by: Audi/Seat/Skoda/VW (vehicles built up until 1996) TL 774-C, Porsche (vehicles built up until 1995), Rolls-Royce (vehicles built as from 1998), BMW N 600 69.0, MAN 324 NF, Mercedes-Benz specification 325.0, MTU MTL 5048, Opel/Vauxhall (vehicles built up until 2000) B 040 0240, Saab 690 1599. Pour into vehicle cooling system as recommended by vehicle manufacturer. Mobil Coolant Extra Ready Mixed -24° should not be mixed with silicate free, OAT engine coolants. Most coolant blends are based on carefully balanced mixtures of various corrosion inhibitors. Mixing of coolants with different inhibitor packages can lead to loss of corrosion protection.
