Mobil CVTF Multi-Vehicle is a premium fully synthetic lubricant formulated from selected high-quality synthetic base oils combined with an advanced additive system, designed to meet the service fill needs of the broadest range of wet, continuously variable (step-less) transmissions in vehicles from European and Asian car builders. Its versatility is a plus for workshops aiming to deliver optimal service while simplifying operations and product management. ExxonMobil supports its use in a broad range of belt- or chain-type CVTs, including transmission types from Audi, BMW/Mini Cooper, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, Fiat, GM/Saturn, Honda, Hyundai/Kia, Lexus, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Renault, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, Volvo and VW, among others, based on ExxonMobil's internal testing; it should not be used in DCT-type automatic transmissions. The fluid provides consistent all-weather smooth shifting and protects transmission components against wear, rust and corrosion to help extend transmission life. Its stable, optimised friction characteristics and outstanding torque capacity retention give a smooth shift feel without NVH concerns, while excellent flow properties ensure immediate lubrication at cold start-up. Excellent oxidation and shear stability contribute to long fluid life, and effective foam control and seal compatibility limit oil consumption from leakage.
