Manufacturer's description
IDRAULICAR BV 68 BIOPHYTO is a hydraulic oil formulated on a vegetable base, offering very high technical performance together with a high level of biodegradability. It is the natural choice for hydraulic systems working in agriculture, forestry or other environmentally sensitive settings, where an accidental leak must have the smallest possible impact. The vegetable base gives the oil a very high viscosity index (typically 220), a typical viscosity of 70 cSt at 40 °C, a flash point of 198 °C and a pour point of -33 °C, so the fluid keeps a stable viscosity across seasonal temperature swings. IDRAULICAR BV 68 BIOPHYTO is applicable on agricultural tractors, earth-moving machines, fork-lift trucks and utility vehicles of any size or make, and meets DIN 51524 in the ISO VG 68 viscosity grade.
