Business customers only. We sell wholesale, invoiced to registered companies.

Standards & approvals

  • NF E 48-603 — hydraulic fluids (France)

The French standard for mineral hydraulic fluids, with classes HL, HM and HV.

  • CETOP RP 91 H — hydraulic fluids (generic)

The European oleohydraulics and pneumatics committee's recommendation for mineral hydraulic fluids.

  • David Brown S1.53.101 level — EP gear oil

David Brown's specification for EP gear oils in open and enclosed drives under heavy and shock loading. It overlaps DIN 51517-3 CLP and U.S. Steel 224.

  • Hydraulic oil HLP — DIN 51524, part 2

HLP oils, mineral oils with oxidation, corrosion and antiwear additives; the most quoted reference in industrial hydraulics.

Manufacturer's description

Divinol HLP ISO 68 (Art-Nr. 48880) is a high-pressure hydraulic oil in ISO VG 68 from Zeller+Gmelin, based on mineral oil. It is formulated with anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion agents together with wear- and friction-reducing additives, protecting pumps, valves and cylinders under high pressure. It is used in all hydraulic aggregates for which HLP-alloyed oils are prescribed. ISO VG 68 suits heavily loaded hydraulics and systems that run at higher operating temperatures, where a thinner grade would lose film strength. It fulfils the requirements for hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524 part 2, HLP, and meets the international specifications SEB 181 222, AFNOR NF-E 48603, ASLE 70-1, 70-2 and 70-3, David Brown S1.53.101, VDMA 24318, U. S. Steel 126/127, CETOP RP91H, Vickers I-286-S3, Denison Hydraulics HF-2 and Vickers M-2950-S.

Applications

  • All kinds of hydraulic units for which HLP-alloyed oils are prescribed
