Manufacturer's description

Divinol HVLP ISO 46 MWB ZF (Art-Nr. 28640) is a high-performance hydraulic and lubricating oil of the HVLPD class according to DIN 51524 Part 3, formulated on high-quality mineral base oils. It combines a high viscosity index with detergent/dispersant additives and special components that absorb water entering the system, so that its performance exceeds that of a conventional HVLPD oil. Zinc is used as the anti-wear additive. The product is intended for demanding commercial hydraulics – construction, forestry and agricultural machinery – and for any other application where hydraulic systems are exposed to strong temperature fluctuations and water ingress. Key benefits include high resistance to foaming and ageing, good air release, good corrosion protection, excellent thermal stability and excellent wear protection, together with stable viscosity behaviour across the operating temperature range (viscosity index 160, pour point below -27 °C). Divinol HVLP ISO 46 MWB ZF meets DIN 51524 Part 3 (except demulsibility), AFNOR NF E 48603 and VDMA 24318, and satisfies the performance requirements of ASLE 70-1/-2/-3, David Brown S1.53.101, US Steel 126/127, CETOP PR91H, Vickers I-286-S3 / M-2950-S and Denison Hydraulics HF-2.

Applications

  • Divinol HVLPD ISO 46 is a viscosity improved, high performance hydraulic oil with detergents and dispersing additives which exceed a conventional HVLPD. Divinol HVLPD ISO 46 can be deployed for commercial issues such as construction, forestry and agricultural machinery as well as many other potential applications where hydraulics are exposed to high temperature fluctuations and water entry.

Performance & benefits

  • Divinol HVLPD ISO 46 has very good viscosity properties and is alloyed with detergent/ dispergent additives. Divinol HVLPD ISO 46 is a hydraulic and lubricating oil with a high viscosity index and special additives to absorb water entry. Divinol HVLPD ISO 46 is an HVLPD according DIN 51 524 Part 3 based on high quality mineral oils. Divinol HVLPD ISO 46 contains zinc as anti-wear additive. Benefits are
  • High resistance to foaming
  • Good air separation
  • High resistance to aging
  • Good resistance to corrosion
