Manufacturer's description
Divinol Lithogrease 000 is a high-grade, semi-synthetic lubricating grease based on a lithium complex soap, classified GP 000 N-30 according to DIN 51 826 and ISO-L-XCDHB 000 according to ISO/DIS 6743-9. It is work stable, water resistant, and resistant to corrosion and oxidation, and it combines excellent wear protection with a high pressure absorption capacity. The grease is used for the lubrication of rollers in the linear guide systems of machine tools and can also lubricate gears under high mechanical load. Thanks to its very low consistency it is easily pumpable in central lubrication systems and shows clearly better flow behaviour than a comparable NLGI 00 grease. Divinol Lithogrease 000 holds the approval of Willy Vogel AG, Berlin.
Applications
- Divinol Lithogrease 000 is used for the lubrication of rollers in linear guide systems of machine tools. It can also be used for the lubrication of gears with a high mechanical load. The product is easily pumpable in central lubrication systems. The approval of the company Willy Vogel AG, Berlin is available. Due to its low consistence, Divinol Lithogrease 000 shows a clearly better flow behaviour as a comparable grease of NLGI-class 00. our products have to be observed by the receiver of our products himself.
