Shell Gadus S2 V100 2 is a general-purpose grease using a lithium hydroxystearate soap thickener enriched with antioxidant, anti-wear and anti-rust additives.
Applications
- Greases for plain and rolling element bearings (roller bearings) · Electric motor bearings · Sealed bearings · Water pump bearings · Can be used across a wide range of applications, offering very significant advantages over conventional lithium-based greases at high temperatures or in the presence of water. It is a medium-consistency grease, designed primarily for general industrial lubrication. Ideal for centralised lubrication systems operating at normal temperatures. ·
Performance & benefits
- High-temperature reliability · Very good performance at temperatures up to +130 0 C, resulting in longer bearing life. Good mechanical and oxidation stability · Resists the formation of deposits caused by oxidation at high operating temperatures. Shell Gadus S2 V100 greases are extremely stable under vibration and DO NOT LEAK, even in bearings subjected to repeated shock loading.
