Manufacturer's description
Shell Gadus S2 V220AD are high-performance greases recommended for lubricating bearings subjected to arduous operating conditions. They are based on a blend of a high viscosity index mineral oil and a lithium/calcium thickener, with extreme-pressure, antioxidant, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and tackiness additives. They also contain solids (molybdenum disulphide) to provide resistance to shock loading.
Applications
- Shell Gadus S2 V220AD is recommended for lubricating bearings subjected to arduous operating conditions (shock loading, moisture). It is also suitable for use in off-road applications and for coupling rollers.
