Manufacturer's description
TUTELA LTG 2 is a low-temperature multipurpose grease, NLGI 2 consistency, built on a lithium soap thickener in mineral oil. It is a multipurpose grease suited to general lubrication points where good cold-temperature behaviour is required, with a smooth, stringy texture, light brown colour and drop point of around 185°C. Worked penetration values are 270 (60 strokes) and 282 (100,000 strokes), with useful penetration retained down to -30°C, and low oil separation of around 4% after 30h at 100°C. TUTELA LTG 2 meets NLGI 2 consistency grade, making it suitable wherever a lithium-based, low-temperature multipurpose grease of this grade is specified.
