Manufacturer's description
TUTELA TRANSMISSION STARGEAR AX-SP (PLI code 77255) is a mineral-based axle fluid with good anti-wear and fuel-economy characteristics, high thermal stability and cleanliness. The SAE 75W-85 grade keeps a lighter viscosity than conventional axle oils, supporting fuel economy while maintaining gear protection: typical values include a kinematic viscosity of 11.9 cSt at 100°C, a Brookfield viscosity of 90,000 cPs at -40°C, a pour point of -42°C and a flash point of 200°C, with a very low foaming tendency (0 / 20 / 0 ml in ASTM D 892 sequences I / II / III). The product meets the API GL-5 specification and holds the MB-Approval 235.31. It is supplied in 60-litre drums; always check the axle manufacturer's requirements before use.
