eni ALNUS 336 AV is a special chlorinated product for die-drawing and press-forming operations.
Applications
- eni ALNUS 336 AV is recommended for all stainless and special-alloy-steel bars, profile sections and tubes drawn at low and medium speed, especially on Schumang die drawing machines. eni ALNUS 336 AV is suitable for difficult press-forming operations on stainless-steel sheet. It can be applied by brush, roller or automatic dispensing systems and it cab be cleaned with petroleum solvents.
Performance & benefits
- High-viscosity drawing lubricant formulated with chlorinated compounds of controlled chemical reactivity and special adhesive, anti-wear and EP additives that increase its lubricating properties.
- Its antioxidant additive prevents the formation of deposits that are difficult to remove from drawn or formed materials, dies and machines.
- Its special formulation ensures long die and tool life and an excellent finish in both drawing and press-forming operations.
- Does not contain active sulphur.
- Can be applied by brush, roller or automatic dispensing systems, and cleaned off with petroleum solvents.
