Divinol DHG ISO 100 (Art-Nr. 84390) is a detergent and dispersant hydraulic and gear oil in ISO VG 100 from Zeller+Gmelin. Its detergent-dispersant additive package keeps contaminants and small amounts of water finely dispersed, so the oil overlaps the application field of HLP-D alloyed hydraulic oils, and thanks to its additivation it is also suitable as a gear oil. The product is intended for mobile and stationary hydraulic systems with hydrostatic actuation, above all where condensation water is likely to form because of strongly fluctuating temperatures, or where aqueous cooling lubricants can penetrate the hydraulic circuit — typically in turning, drilling and milling machines, lifting platforms and similar equipment. Divinol DHG ISO 100 is also used for lubricating roller and slide bearings and machine gears; the machine manufacturer's instructions must be observed. Divinol DHG ISO 100 offers an excellent lubricating effect, high ageing resistance and excellent wear and corrosion protection. It exceeds the requirements for hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524 part 2, HLP.

Applications

• Divinol DHG ISO 100 can be applied in mobile and stationary hydraulic systems with hydrostatic actuation. The product is mainly used when there is a danger of developing condensation water due to heavily changing temperatures or penetration of aqueous cooling lubricants, i.e. in turning, drilling and milling machines, lifting platforms etc. Divinol DHG ISO 100 is also used for the lubrication of roller and slide bearings as well as for the lubrication of machine gears.
