Eni Grease MU EP 1 is a high performance yellow-brown lithium grease, homogeneous and salve-like. Its EP additives form a lubricating layer that resists heavy mechanical stress and shock loads. It is recommended for lubricating rolling bearings and other machine parts subject to high temperatures and mechanical loads: enclosed gears, geared motors, centralised lubrication systems on vehicles and agricultural machinery, couplings and the like, wherever lubricating conditions are difficult. Eni Grease MU EP 1 is recommended across many sectors: metallurgy, mining, construction, paper and glass.
Grease classification L-XBCHB 1 — ISO 12924
An ISO 12924 grease code: "X" marks a grease, the following letters give the lowest/highest service temperature, water resistance and EP performance, and the trailing figure is the NLGI consistency grade.
Open-gear grease, class CKG 1 — ISO 6743-6
Class CKG of ISO 6743-6 (family C, gears): a semi-fluid to soft grease for open or slow-running gears, here at NLGI 1 consistency.
Semi-fluid gear grease GP1K-20 — DIN 51826
A DIN 51826 semi-fluid gear grease designation "GP1K-20": additive letters, NLGI consistency and lower service-temperature limit, for enclosed gear units lubricated with a pumpable grease.
Lubricating grease KP1K-20 — DIN 51825
A DIN 51825 grease designation: consistency, thickener/EP-additive letters and lowest service temperature are coded in "KP1K-20" (e.g. P = EP additives, HC/F = special base or solid additives, the number is the NLGI grade, the letter after it the upper temperature range, the final figure the lower service-temperature limit).
