Mobil Delvac 1 Transmission Fluid 75W-80 is an extra-high-performance manual transmission lubricant engineered for the latest European heavy-duty manual transmissions used in light- to severe-duty on-highway commercial vehicles. Formulated as a synthetic blend of base oils with an advanced additive system, it delivers excellent shifting performance, low-temperature fluidity and high-temperature viscosity retention, with an extended performance reserve for API GL-4 service. It is recommended for on-highway light and heavy-duty trucks, buses and vans, and specifically for heavy-duty manual transmissions and gear cases requiring ZF TE-ML 02L and/or MAN 341 Typ Z4 approvals (which supersede the earlier ZF TE-ML 02D and MAN 341 Typ Z3), as well as applications requiring extended service intervals and warranties. Key benefits include excellent load-carrying, anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance that protects against wear throughout the transmission's life; outstanding low-temperature fluidity for easy, smooth shifting and quick starts; and extended service capability that helps control operating costs and productivity. The product carries approvals from MAN (341 Typ Z4) and ZF (TE-ML 01L, 02L, 16K), and is recommended for API GL-4, MAN 341 Typ E3 and ZF TE-ML 08. It is an SAE 75W-80 grade with viscosity index 151, viscosity 9.6 mm²/s at 100°C and pour point -39°C.
