Mobil Delvac 1 Transmission Fluid V30 is a fully synthetic, heavy-duty manual transmission lubricant engineered to meet demanding requirements, recommended for year-round lubrication of manual transmissions in light- to severe-duty on- and off-highway equipment operating in a wide range of environments. Its synthetic base stocks and advanced additive system provide outstanding detergency and dispersancy with optimised protection against thermal degradation, oxidation, wear and corrosion, delivering stronger film strength at high temperatures and effective lubrication at extremely low temperatures without oil channelling. It is recommended for heavy-duty manual transmissions requiring Volvo 97307 or 97318-type oils, on-highway light and heavy-duty commercial trucking and buses, applications in severe winter climates, and applications requiring extended service intervals and warranties, as well as pairing with Mobil Delvac Synthetic Gear Oils in rear axles for maximum drivetrain efficiency. It is not suitable for hypoid gear applications in differentials and final drives where API GL-5 or MIL-PRF-2105E oils are specified. Key benefits include excellent load-carrying, anti-wear and EP performance; outstanding deposit protection and corrosion protection for copper alloys that extends synchroniser life; optimised thermal/oxidation protection and exceptional shear stability for extended drain intervals; and outstanding low-temperature fluidity for quicker cold starts.
