PETRONAS Tutela Axle 300 80W-90 is a high-quality axle fluid delivering optimized load-carrying performance and component durability for today's axles, differentials and final drives over their standard service life. It is recommended in transmissions requiring API GL-5. The fluid protects business profits and vehicle availability while reducing operating costs through longer axle life, driven by anti-wear, extreme-pressure (EP) and anti-pitting resistance that extends component life, good thermal and oxidation stability that prevents deposits and sludge, and good anti-rust and corrosion protection. It also provides an excellent driving experience through good low-temperature fluid flow and significantly reduced axle noise. Tutela Axle 300 80W-90 meets API GL-5 and MIL PRF-2105D, with approvals including ZF TE-ML 05A/07A/08/12E/16B/19B/21A, MAN 342 Type M1/M2, FCA 9.55550-DA2, IVECO 18-1805 Class RAM 1/RAM 1/A and NATO O-226. Typical properties include a density of 0.895 g/cm³ at 15°C, a kinematic viscosity of 14.6 cSt at 100°C and 138 cSt at 40°C, a viscosity index of 104, a Brookfield viscosity of 130,000 cP at -26°C, a pour point of -30°C and a flash point of 210°C.
