TUTELA TRANSMISSION XT-D 540 is a synthetic lubricant for manual and automated gearboxes with standard and carbon synchronizers. It offers fuel economy characteristics and is intended for heavy duty commercial vehicles with or without Intarder, supporting an oil drain interval of up to 300,000 km. It has a bright and clear appearance, density of 0.860 g/cm³ at 15°C, viscosity of 9.35 cSt at 100°C, viscosity index of 157, viscosity of 42400 cPs at -40°C, pour point of -42°C and flash point (COC) of 240°C. TUTELA TRANSMISSION XT-D 540 meets SAE 75W-80, API GL-4, IVECO 18-1807 Class MGS2 (contractual technical reference No. I138.G11), ZF TE-ML 01E, ZF TE-ML 02E and ZF TE-ML 16P, making it suitable wherever these OEM references are specified for heavy-duty gearboxes.
