Manufacturer's description
eni OTE 80 EP is intended in particular for lubricating every part of marine steam turbines — bearings, gears, governing systems and the like. It can also be used in hydraulic installations and for lubricating air compressors. Note: other ISO VG grades of eni OTE EP, meeting specifications drawn up for industrial turbines, are available on request.
Applications
- Eni OTE 80 is a lubricant specifically designed for use in steam and gas turbine applications. It's based on high quality base-stocks with specially chosen additives to provide excellent thermal-oxidative, rapid air release and excellent demulsibility that permits water to separate readily from the oil.
