Mobilith SHC Series greases combine synthetic base fluids with a high-quality lithium complex thickener to deliver superior performance across a wide range of applications and temperature extremes. The wax-free synthetic base and its low coefficient of traction (versus mineral oils) give excellent low-temperature pumpability and very low starting and running torque, offering potential energy savings and reduced operating temperatures in the load zone of spherical roller and ball bearings. The series is available in seven grades spanning ISO VG 100 to 1500 and NLGI 00 to 2. Mobilith SHC 100 (NLGI 2, ISO VG 100) is an anti-wear, extreme-pressure grease for higher-speed applications such as electric motors; SHC 220 and SHC 221 (NLGI 2, ISO VG 220) are multi-purpose extreme-pressure greases for heavy-duty automotive and industrial use, with SHC 221 suited to centralised grease systems; and SHC 460 (NLGI 1.5, ISO VG 460) is an extreme-pressure grease for tough industrial and marine applications with outstanding bearing protection under heavy loads at low-to-moderate speeds. All grades operate from around -40°C to 150°C and offer excellent adhesion, structural stability, water resistance, and protection against wear, rust and corrosion. The series carries AAR-M942 and Siemens Gamesa offshore wind turbine main-bearing approval, and meets CEN EN 12081:2017 and DIN 51825/51826 classifications.
EN 12081 — railway axlebox grease
The European standard for greases in the axleboxes of railway vehicles, with mechanical stability and extreme-temperature requirements.
Lubricating grease KPHC1-2N-30 — DIN 51825
A DIN 51825 grease designation: consistency, thickener/EP-additive letters and lowest service temperature are coded in "KPHC1-2N-30" (e.g. P = EP additives, HC/F = special base or solid additives, the number is the NLGI grade, the letter after it the upper temperature range, the final figure the lower service-temperature limit).
Lubricating grease KPHC1-2N-40 — DIN 51825

Lubricating grease KPHC2N-30 — DIN 51825
A DIN 51825 grease designation: consistency, thickener/EP-additive letters and lowest service temperature are coded in "KPHC2N-30" (e.g. P = EP additives, HC/F = special base or solid additives, the number is the NLGI grade, the letter after it the upper temperature range, the final figure the lower service-temperature limit).

DIN 51826 GPHC 00 K-30 — synthetic semi-fluid grease
A synthetic semi-fluid gear grease, NLGI 00 consistency, with EP additives, usable from −30 °C — for sealed gearboxes and centralised lubrication systems.
