Mobil Super 2000 X1 10W-40 belongs to the Mobil Super 2000 range of premium engine oils, engineered to provide an excellent level of protection. It is formulated for city driving conditions in both gasoline and diesel vehicles, suitable for passenger cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles and vans across a wide range of temperatures. It is recommended for older engine technologies and for gasoline and diesel engines without diesel particulate filters (DPF), covering highway cruising as well as stop-and-go city driving under normal to occasionally severe operating conditions. The oil provides effective sludge prevention, good engine cleanliness, robust wear protection and high temperature protection, helping to extend engine life while delivering good wear protection and cleanliness throughout demanding city use. Mobil Super 2000 X1 10W-40 carries the builder approvals VW 501 01 and VW 505 00, is recommended for applications requiring ACEA A3/B3-16, API CF and MB 229.1, and meets or exceeds API SN, SN PLUS, SP and SQ.
