Volkswagen issues the VW 50x.xx norms for engine oils across the whole group – for example VW 502 00 and 505 00 for older engines, VW 504 00/507 00 for LongLife intervals, VW 508 00/509 00 for 0W-20 oils. The TL 774 norms cover coolants. A VW approval also applies to Audi, Škoda, SEAT and Cupra.
